Main Features

1) Four hydraulic outriggers open and support wheel leave ground to prevent the machine from tilting during the work.

2)Boom lift have two controllers, one controller at top platform, the other one at the chassis of boom lift. So we could control boom lift easily.

3)The boom lock prevent boom sway during boom moving, in case of boom lift damage.

4) During boom lift work, warning alarm will work to remind surround people mind safety

5) The platform with protect bar to protect the hand from clamping, if the platform near the any obstacle.

There is a balancing valve on each hydraulic cylinder.And Boom lift with balance valve imported from Italy.
One function, Prevent boom lift down, in case of the hydraulic oil pipe damaged and pres-relief.
another function is emergency down.(If power cut off, in order to guarantee worker safety, boom lift could be down by manual.)

Hydraulic lock

Each outrigger installed one hydraulic lock, prevent outrigger back, in case of the hydraulic oil pipe damaged. It will protect worker safety at top platform.

Double brake system

One brake line connect to the truck, if the truck stop, boom lift will stop against inertia
One brake by electric, if the truck brake light work, boom lift wheel brake work.

Emergency stop

Each controller with one emergency stop, we could stop the boom lift work under any emergency situation.
